Story
Some partnerships mean more than others. When this homeowner first connected with JayMarc, she was navigating one of life’s most profound transitions, building a new chapter following the loss of her husband. Her vision was a beautiful and personal one: a home on a piece of property adjacent to her son, keeping family close as she stepped into this new season of life. When an earlier collaboration with another builder fell short of her needs, she found her way to JayMarc through one of our online webinars, and from that first conversation, we were committed to getting it right. Our team stepped in with care and without hesitation, taking over plans already in progress, guiding the interior design process with her deeply personal input at every stage, and delivering a finished home she is proud to call her own. It is one of those projects that reminds us why we do what we do, not just building homes, but showing up for people when it matters most.

- The primary bath features a freestanding slipper tub sitting between the walk-in shower and fireplace and a beautiful, elongated vanity
- A bonus room shares access to the upper level covered deck and all is equipped with its own fireplace and wet bar
- Lower level outdoor living highlights a double sided fireplace for covered and uncovered space and a BBQ station
