The
Story
This family came to JayMarc with something a little different, and it made for one exceptionally rewarding experience. They arrived not at the beginning of the process, but well into it: a lot in hand, plans already drawn by a well-known architect, and a clear vision ready to be built. What our team brought was the expertise and craftsmanship to bring it all to life. The home itself is anything but conventional, an “upside down” design that turns the traditional floor plan on its head, thoughtfully conceived for an eastern-facing slope that demanded creativity and rewarded it generously. Living spaces reach toward the views, the architecture leans boldly into a modern aesthetic, and every level feels like a natural extension of the way this family loves to live. The result is a home as distinctive as the path taken to build it.
