The
Story
For decades, this homeowner waited patiently for the right lot, not just any lot, but the one. And when it finally appeared, it was everything he had imagined. A coveted Mercer Island location, bathed in southern light, with sweeping views across the water to the Seattle skyline. A place to put down permanent roots, and a place to gather friends year after year for one of the Pacific Northwest’s most beloved traditions, the Blue Angels roaring overhead during Seafair. With a distinctive personal sense of style, a deep love of the PNW, and a genuine gift for hosting, he partnered with JayMarc to build a home worthy of both the setting and the life he envisioned within it. Generous outdoor spaces flow seamlessly from the interior, welcoming large gatherings with ease and letting those breathtaking views take center stage at every turn. It was worth every year of waiting.
