Sam Jordan is the Custom Purchasing Manager for JayMarc Homes. Her background is in operations, purchasing, estimating, sales, brand, and design for commercial construction and residential homebuilding, with more than 30 years of industry experience. Before joining JayMarc Homes, Sam was an EVP at Thomas James Homes and VP of Design, Brand, and Purchasing at Village Life, where she designed homes and met with hundreds of clients during her tenure. Before that, she was the Regional Design Center Manager for DR Horton’s Seattle division.
Sam’s strong passion for a competitive team environment led her to volunteer for five years, managing high-level youth ice hockey teams. In her personal time, Sam enjoys running. Her favorite race to compete in is the ½ marathon, working out, and spending time in nature with her English Chocolate Labrador. She enjoys riding motorcycles and vacationing in Hawaii with her family.
