Paul Ollestad is a seasoned construction management professional with a strong family entrepreneurial background and a strong commitment to excellence. Graduating with distinction from the University of Washington with a degree in Construction Management, Paul carries forward a tradition of craftsmanship, innovation, and hard work instilled by his Norwegian immigrant parents.
Drawing on his familial background, Paul’s journey in the construction industry began with active involvement in his family’s home-building company operating in the Bothell-Kenmore area. Following graduation, Paul embarked on a distinguished 18-year tenure with Conner Homes, where he honed his skills and expertise, setting high standards for quality and project delivery.
With a passion for building vibrant communities, Paul has lent his expertise to other prominent homebuilders, where he played a pivotal role in shaping residential landscapes across the region.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Paul takes immense pride in his role as a father to two accomplished daughters, Beret and Liv. Beret is nearing completion of her master’s degree at Seattle University, while Liv pursues her education in Amsterdam.
Paul’s commitment to giving back to his community is deeply ingrained in his ethos. He actively supports local charities and causes, recognizing the profound impact of collective efforts in fostering meaningful change. As a champion of education and research, Paul has chaired the UW Construction Industry Hall of Fame event and contributed generously to initiatives such as UW Alzheimer’s Research, Jubilee Reach, and the Issaquah School District.
When he’s not immersed in construction projects or community endeavors, Paul finds solace in the great outdoors, indulging in skiing, golfing, and boating.
