Alexa Simpson graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication and joined JayMarc Homes in 2012, just two years into the company’s journey. Since then, she has played an integral role in shaping the brand, marketing, and customer experience the company is known for today. Now in her role as VP of Marketing & Customer Care, she oversees both disciplines, ensuring the strategies that bring clients to JayMarc are matched by the experience that keeps them talking about it.
Alexa brings a builder’s mentality to marketing. She doesn’t just run campaigns, she constructs systems. Under her leadership, JayMarc has seen significant growth in organic website traffic, lead generation, and customer satisfaction. Her work spans SEO strategy, digital campaigns, email automation, the JayMarc homeowner portal, and a closed-loop customer feedback process that keeps the entire organization aligned around the client experience.
When she’s not working, Alexa makes a point of stepping away and enjoying the things she loves. You’ll find her at her local coffee shop on a slow morning, working out (whether that’s kickboxing or hitting the weights), or cheering on the Mariners and Seahawks. She loves discovering new music, getting lost in a good book, and making memories with her husband, David, daughter, Hannah, and their cuddly cat, Moose.
