The
Story
For this proud first-generation immigrant, building a home was about far more than architecture. It was an act of gratitude. A tribute to his parents, a gathering place for his growing family, and a permanent, creative expression of everything he has worked to build in this country. He found his starting point in a JayMarc floor plan he had walked and immediately fallen in love with, then made it unmistakably his own, pouring his personal vision into every detail, from tile layouts to a wraparound porch extension for his desired farmhouse feel. When he finally moved in at completion, it wasn’t just a house he was stepping into; it was the realization of a dream he had carried long before a single wall was ever raised.
