The Story
These homeowners were driven by something deeper than curb appeal or finishes. They wanted to create something lasting. Inspired by the idea of transforming an older home into something new and beautiful, they set their sights on a wonderful lot just north of Bellevue Square, and found in JayMarc a partner who shared their vision. Every architectural decision was made with intention; thoughtful strategies to maximize square footage, and a design that works gracefully with the natural slope of the lot rather than against it. Below grade, the walkout basement’s subterranean footprint revealed space for a well-appointed gym and ample storage. Inside and out, this home is built to endure and to inspire for generations to come.
