Story
After more than a year of searching for the perfect lot in a competitive market, this family refused to give up on their dream. They just found a smarter path to it. By thoughtfully redeveloping one of their rental properties in Eastgate, they created a strong financial foundation and finally had the opportunity to build the home they’d always envisioned. Starting with one of our existing floor plans, they made it entirely their own, weaving in personal style and distinctive touches at every turn. And for their one true splurge?
