As a Custom Homes Superintendent, you will be the cornerstone of our custom home projects, working within a collaborative environment that values smart, integrity-driven work sprinkled with fun.

Our Superintendents handle all aspects of the home building process according to JayMarc Homes’ quality standards and local building codes. Superintendents are responsible for adhering to budgets, maintaining the construction schedule, managing subcontractors, and providing the level of service and quality required to achieve exceptional customer expectations.

A SNAPSHOT OF THIS POSITION:

• Responsible for on-site supervision and building of luxury homes in the $300-$800 per ft. range.
• Coordinate closely with our Project Managers, ensuring clear communication and precise scheduling with trades and suppliers.
• Uphold the highest standards in Job Site Management, focusing on Quality, Safety, Stormwater (SWPPP), and Cleanliness.
• Be the face of JayMarc Homes to our customers, providing outstanding service and a memorable building journey.
• Manage construction costs and materials and support our back-office functions in architecture, estimation, purchasing, and accounting.
• Embody servant leadership, guiding your team with a supportive and empowering approach.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• A thorough understanding of local development and building codes.
• Technical knowledge in Design, Construction, Land Development, and Utilities.
• A solid grasp of project scopes, contracts, blueprints, and insurance requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management preferred, or 5-10 years of field experience in high-end, luxury custom home management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and management tools like Office 365, Smartsheet, and Dropbox.
