1.Discovery
First, you’ll connect with the JayMarc team and share your home vision and goals. From there we’ll connect you with the right team members to help you move forward on your new home project.
2.Design
If you opt for a custom home, we’ll collaborate to get your project on the right track. This includes securing a lot, selecting floor plans, and initial design ideas.
For a new home construction purchase, you’ll let our new home sales team know what you’re looking for in a luxury Seattle home so they can select available homes for you to visit.
3.Define
Step three is an exciting phase, no matter what new home journey you’ve selected.
For custom builds, this is when the paperwork, permits, and procurement necessary to start construction happens. For new home construction purchases, this is the time when you review selected homes and decide which one you’d like to make your home.
4.Development
For custom home projects, this is when your home officially “breaks ground.” It is time for the construction phase of your new home.
New construction purchases don’t require a construction phase. However, if you’ve selected a pre-sale option, this is the time you’ll be able to make small customizations (if applicable).
5.Delivery
Pack your bags and change your mailing address! It’s time to get the keys to your new home and move in.
This is also when we’ll set you up with your homeowner portal login that will allow you to access your warranty, make service requests, and learn helpful home maintenance tips.
