Mr. Zhu and his family first connected with us in 2021, during the launch of our semi-custom home program. Having visited our model homes and envisioned their dream build for over two years, the Zhus were eager to personalize a JayMarc floor plan with the help of our expert interior design team.
From the beginning, Mr. Zhu was deeply engaged in every phase from design and permitting to construction and finish selections. His active involvement, thoughtful questions, and consistent communication with the project management team created a collaborative and rewarding partnership.

The Baradi family approached their custom home project with a clear goal: create long-term investment value with minimal day-to-day involvement. Trusting our team’s process, they remained mostly hands-off throughout construction and were rewarded with significant equity upon completion.
Our expertise shone early during feasibility and site planning, where our preconstruction manager identified a cost-efficient floor plan that met their lifestyle. A collaborative design session followed, where the Baradis shared photos and style preferences. From there, our designer curated a full interior package, only pulling the family in when key decisions aligned with their vision.
This streamlined approach allowed our field team to move efficiently and finish well ahead of schedule, even overcoming a surprise windstorm and a downed tree near the project’s end. Though less present onsite, the Baradis felt confident thanks to our team’s proactive updates and communication.
