Svein graduated from Western Washington University and pursued his passion of building single-family custom homes. He has extensive experience in the entire process, from breaking ground and foundations to framing and finishing work, and his forte is communicating with clients, from project planning to handing over the keys. Svein has completed homes featured in The Seattle Times, 425 Magazine, and Luxury Home Magazine, including the December 2022 cover. His projects have been in many prestigious locations in the Greater Seattle Area, most recently in Bellevue, Kirkland, and Medina, which have included some of the most advanced features, finishes, and designs available on the market.
Svein truly enjoys all the PNW has to offer. He grew up skiing and hiking and continues to do so today. His goal is to ski until he qualifies for a Super Senior Discount. “Mountains, Please” His favorite mantra is from his mother, who always told him to love what you do. He and his wife are very lucky to have four wonderful daughters. Most weekends, you can find Svein on a court playing tennis, racquetball, or pickleball, and he’s a tiny bit obsessed with his daily step count. Luckily, his family has a dog that helps with the steps (unless it’s raining, or snowing, or too hot . . .).
