Co-founder of JayMarc Homes, Jay leads JayMarc’s operations and property acquisition group, playing an integral role in its continued growth and success. He specializes in the areas of raw or underutilized land acquisition, customer relationship building, due diligence review and processing, contract negotiations, and residential property management. Jay has a trained eye for residential development sites and is skilled in providing creative solutions to complex transactions.
In addition to co-founding JayMarc Homes with Marc Rousso, he has also founded JayMarc Development, M.R. Properties, and Room-by-Room Furniture. Born and raised on Mercer Island, Jay is a graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. When not working, Jay loves taking his dogs on a hike and hanging out with friends and family.
