Eric was born and raised in Houston, Tx. In 2005 Eric moved out to the beautiful Pacific Northwest when he was stationed at Joint Base Lewis- McChord. Eric served in the United States Army as an infantry rifleman and is an Iraq war veteran. His service in the military taught him many valuable skills that translated into the construction management world. The military taught him discipline, structure, and how to motivate others to get the job done under stressful situations. After the Army, Eric graduated from the University of Washington. Eric began his construction management career in 2013 with one of the nation’s most recognized luxury production home builders. There he worked his way up the ranks and was focused on becoming a senior field manager. Eric is passionate about treating each home he builds as if it is his own.
When Eric is not building custom homes, you can find him fishing for salmon, ling cod, and halibut in the Strait of Juan de Fuca or the Pacific ocean. Eric is a family man and met his wife in Roy, WA, at a goat roast. Two weeks later, they were engaged and have been married for 14 years. Together they have two teenage children. Eric’s favorite piece of advice is to start living now, don’t wait until you retire. Life is too short to wait. Although Eric is from Texas, his favorite sports team is the Seattle Seahawks, and his favorite player is Marshawn Lynch.
