Brett began his career in home building in 1992 after graduating from Washington State University with a degree in Construction Management. After 23 years of performing purchasing and project management duties for another local home builder, he sought out a new challenge. He came to JayMarc Homes, where he shares the management of the Purchasing department with Jennifer Rowe.
Outside of the office, Brett enjoys boating in what has been called the best boating location in the world. As of 2022, his boat, FlagShip, has logged over 3300 miles in Puget Sound, the San Juan Islands, and the Canadian Gulf Islands.
