Meet the team and share your dreams, and we’ll begin exploring options. We’ll conduct land surveys for feasibility, inspect your existing lot, or search for available ones. We determine what home would fit your property, zoning, and budget. A review of your design program and timelines is provided.
2. Design
Start working with our architectural designers to create your new home, or look through our portfolio of floor plans matched to your lot and begin tweaking your favorite to perfection. Work with our guided design studio experience to pick the finishes for your new build home.
3. Define
Our team of experts works through engineering, permitting, and bidding out your new home plan, creating the finished permit documents and budget.
4. Development
Sign the agreement, and we’ll start lining everything up and begin construction. Check in throughout the process and stay involved—your dream home is a collaboration.
5. Delivery
Get a detailed walk-through 14 days before closing; then, we put on the finishing touches. Finally, get your key and step into your one-of-a-kind house. Welcome home!
