Meet Michael Keating and Edgar Alvarez, the dynamic Customer Care duo of JayMarc homes.
Michael Keating has more than 22 years of customer care experience in single and multi family residential construction. At JayMarc, Michael is the Customer Care, Safety and Technical Compliance Manager, also known as "Sir-Fix-A-Lot". He loves JayMarc's commitment to quality and how JayMarc aspires to have the best customer care in the home building industry. Michael enjoys getting to develop relationships with our homeowners and being able to fix any problems that may occur. In his spare time, he enjoys playing ice hockey and attending his children's soccer and football games. His family loves the great outdoors and camping.
Edgar Alvarez worked as a technician for Amazon before coming to JayMarc to fill the position of Warranty Technician, aka "Care Bear". Edgar recognizes how important relationships are within the office and appreciates the fun and friendly working atmosphere at JayMarc. His specialty is cosmetic repairs and he is passionate about the quality of his and the subcontractors' work. Outside of JayMarc, Edgar is learning how to fish, loves restoring furniture and repairing cars.
For both Michael and Edgar, it is very rewarding to provide and execute top of the line customer care. They will make sure you truly love where you live.
Maintaining your new JayMarc home, inside and out, is very important to us. We offer a 60-day and 1-Year Limited Warranty Program along with our fantastic structural warranty program, provided through Centricity. For your convenience, we have provided an example of our Centricity Warranty.

Move-In | discusses sales & lender experience, design details, escrow, home orientation, home delivery, and installation & workmanship.
Mid-Year | is our Customer Care team meeting or exceeding your expectations?
Year-End | discusses customer care/service experience and specific systems & selections in your home.
