Building Process

JayMarc Homes has built more than 100 homes. Our team includes experienced designers, architects, and subcontractors who follow our best practices to build your custom dream home. This page offers an overview of the JayMarc custom homebuilding process.

Phase 1: Preliminary Qualification

We believe that open and honest communication leads to an exceptional homebuilding experience. During this phase, we want to get to know you and your goals. We also spend time going through the entire process so that you will know what to expect. The steps in this phase include:

  • Initial conversation with the client to discuss needs and goals
  • Understanding the JayMarc Homes process
  • Preferred lender introductions
  • Prequalification for financing
  • Preliminary land use research

Phase 2: Construction Agreement

Once you have decided that JayMarc is the builder for you, a mutually signed Construction Agreement will initiate work on all of the pre-construction requirements. Land use feasibility studies and permitting processes are also offered as optional paid services before reaching a construction agreement.

Phase 3: Construction  

This is the fun part! Once we pick up your permits, your new home construction can begin. We maintain thorough communication with you as we build your home, keeping you apprised of the exciting progress. Before you know it, you will be moving into your beautifully constructed custom JayMarc home!
